Cutest Foot Contest ?

I was considering entering this cutest feet contest that is being sponsored by a modeling agency at the mall. They are looking for foot models for the upcoming spring. I think its sounds like a cute contest, considering all they will do is measure our feet and we compare. The rules seem pretty simple. We are allowed to do any pedicure design including rhinestones, sparkles etc. They are offering $100 as a prize to the girl who has the “smallest foot size” when they measure our feet, which is pretty cute. My foots only a size 5 so I hope i can atleast win that. I doubt i will b/c i heard a rumor that a girl is in it thats foots a size 13 in kids. What should I do my toes that would be really cute. Yes you compete against different age groups so its more fair and they will be taking the winners from each. Do you think being a size 5 will win smallest foot, if not what size you think probably will win the smallest? What is the smallest size foot you seen or heard a girl had before? Also, what should I do my toes i want something really cute that stands out…..idk please help

size 4 would win, because i know a few people with size 5
but i’m not sure about the rest……………see i kind of have a phobia of feet so i don’t focus on them……..
