Pedicure Question? I NEED HELP?

okay so i was wondering if i say i want a polish change on my toenails, will they let me pick out a new color and design? Is it like a cheap pedicure? Or a spa-less, pedicure??
Also how much is it usally to get a polish change?
I got them done about a week and a half ago, and i want a diffrent design?
WHat do they do diffrent witha plish change then a pedicure?

the place I usually go charges about 7-8 dollars just to remove polish and paint new polish.. You should pick out a color when ya arrive and just say I want a polish change on my toes I know most of the places the people barely speak English. When ya tell them ya want a design try to ask them specifically for a flower or whatever ya want.. And sometimes they will just do what they feel would look best.. Or what they know how to do..the polish change will just consist of the polish change.. Like when I had mine done they didn’t even put me in one of the spa chairs.. Sometimes they will charge an additional dollar or two for design.. So Your probably looking at about 10 bucks or so.
