where can i buy nail art polish/pen?

i am studying beauty therapy and have learnt how to do nail art designs, i asked my teacher where she gets the ones we have in class from, and she said the colleges buys them in bulk, so she doesnt know how much or where i could get just some from.
any ideas?
i looked on ebay and i am considering it, but that would be my second option..i want to know a store i can go and buy them from.
I am from Australia in Sydney.

If you have beauty supply stores there they should carry them. You may have to be a licensed beautician to buy from there though. Here in the US one such chain store is Sally Beauty Supply. I would also suggest trying to do a search online and see what stores come up.
