Nail Health

When talking about health and beauty of your body, nail health should be considered an easy task.
Nail health will result in pretty nails. With minimum effort you will achieve healthy nails.
There are some points you need to know:
- Cut your fingernails and toe nails at least once a month
- Never cut nails to short
- If you like to apply nail polish, give your nail health a break without polish for at least one week every other month
- Apply lotion to your nails
- Do not use your nails to do stuff such as to picking off stickers
- Use gloves when necessary specially when you use a lot of water and chemical like when you’re cleaning your bathroom
- For those of you who have long nails, you should brush inside of nails when you shower
- Keep your nails dry
- Do a complete manicure and pedicure nails once in a while
