I have paper-thin nails. If I don’t keep them painted at all times, they tear from constant bending. But I can’t keep a manicure for long. Even with polish on them, my nails bend, causing air to get under the polish, which then flakes off. I’ve been looking for a strengthener for 20 years that will make my nails less pliable. Nail Tek Xtra is the best I’ve found. 2-3 base coats of Xtra make my nails noticeably harder. They bend less, tear less, and my manicures last a few days longer. If you don’t like color on your nails, I suggest putting a clear coat on top of the Xtra, because it doesn’t have an entirely smooth texture. Nail Tek claims that Xtra “corrects severe nail weakness”. I can’t say that it has corrected my thin nail gene, but it has helped my hands to look presentable. Previously only obtainable through salons, Nail Tek products have thankfully become more readily available. If you have weak nails, give Xtra a try. By mirasreviews (McLean, VA USA)

This is the most amazing product I have ever used!! My nails NEVER grew till I used this. I have used every product imaginable including bone meal, calcium, and all products you put on your nails as well and NOTHING worked until now. I started using Nail Tek Xtra Maximum Strength and now my nail are growing. I constantly get compliments on my nail now. I never dreamed that MY nails would grow. This product is AMAZING!!
