Big Toenail falling off? Please help?

So I supposedly chipped the corner of my toenail..
and in few days, the skin around the toenail has been hurting like it has bruises and it’s turning red .. 
My mom says it’s going to fall off and the disease is :
panaritium.
something about toenail falling off
what can i do? please help.
what medicines?

soak it, keep it clean, can use ingrown nail med to stop pain, it’ll grow back…
