Why did my little toenail just fall off?

I’m sitting here at work and I went to itch my toe and my pinky toenail just peeled/fell off. There was no pain, I didn’t stub it anywhere. This is so weird to me. I’m only 22 yrs old, although I have high blood pressure, could that have anything to do with it? Will it ever grow back? Kinda worried, anyone have any answers? Does this mean I’m having some kind of deficiency?

It should grow back, not sure why it would just fall off like that. Maybe call your Dr.

oh that happened to my friend and she’s 16. i was sitting next to her and i saw her pinky toenail fall off and she didn’t even feel it..i think its natural since nails are just dead skin.

no deficiency, probably becuz u’r unhelthy , it will probaly grow back
