Why do my toenails keep falling off?

My entire nail doesn’t fall off when this happens. I can more or less see a ridge in my toenails and when that point grows out close to the free edge of my toenail, it simply rips off cleanly across the ridge. This is very frustrating and makes me very self conscious about the ugliness of my toes

if you run it could be cause from your toenails constantly being pushed up against your shoes
also you could have a foot fungus

Best thing to do is more Calcium and take prenatal vitamins really good with hair and nails.
